Poured from a 500 mL bottle into a snifter.
A: Pours deep brown/black and leaves a finger of tan head that lingers a while.
S: Super smokey. Smoked meats (jerky), roasted malts, campfire, dark chocolate.
T: Lots of oak/vanilla along with smoked meats, chocolate malts, smokey in the finish.
M: Fluffy body which is interesting for a stout. Low carb.
O: A very smokey stout for sure. The barrel it aged in comes through in the flavor. Pretty nice.
