On tap at Red Robin in Valparaiso IN served in a 22oz pilsner glass.
Look- A slightly cloudy gold color with a centimeter of white foam. Generous lacing is left behind as you drink it down.
Smell- Citrus, floral and some malt. Pretty tame in general with nothing standing out.
Taste- A mix of citrus and floral. There's a pronounced kiss of lemon zest in the finish.
Feel- Sticky and resiny with a chewy malt backbone.
Overall- A very flavorful and easy drinking pale that has a full feel to it without being too filling. I wish the Pony would grow up and start distributing as this would be a regular in my fridge.
