This one is another way to rye with a back of Simcoe hops added to the smaller batch after fermentation. No head really on a murky copper amber body. Aroma tart and syrupy citrus and hints if caramel and pine resin. Overall full and strong aroma. Flavor has more pine and herbal hop flavor than the aroma forbodes with notes of caramel, herbs, other resins and bitter turpentine. Medium body and light to moderate carbonation. It's a very nice brew. Lucky to be here when they tapped it.
