Look - Nice clear golden color with a modest white head.
Aroma - white bread, floral hops, faint creamed corn (DMS?)
Taste - mainly bread and cracker, punctuated with floral and some citrus notes, but with an undercurrent of DMS
Feel - clean and crisp, light-to-medium bodied
Overall - OK beer. Well-crafted but the DMS flavor distracted me. Wonder if it's the beer, the taplines at the restaurant, or something else. Would like to try again and see.
