Pours a finger and half of head on a clear golden body.
The aroma is a little metallic and lemon.
The taste is biscuit and lemon bitterness.
The texture is crisp and fizzy.
A nicely pilsner.

Had on tap at Kay's Bar in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood of Portland.
Pours a hazy straw yellow color with an ample, creamy white head. The head dissipates relatively quickly but leaves a nice white lacing.
Very fresh aromas of grass, thyme, lemon balm, and ripe lemon fruit.
Light-bodied with an estery and subtly fruity mid-palate that gives way to a crisp herbal finish.
This beer is impeccably balanced, highly quaffable, and pleasantly dry on the finish. One of the best pilsners I've had outside of Europe. Great stuff!

Had this on 2015-05-05 in Bend, OR at Greg's Grill on tap
A - Clear yellow with a 1-finger white head and good lace
S - Rising white bread, lemon, touch of grass. Mild but there are food odors present.
T - Nice bite of hops, grain, lemon. Very fresh. Appropriate bitter finish.
M - Light-medium body and medium carbonation. Crisp.
O - Really enjoyed the fkavor.
Note: It was served in a frozen mug that I had to let warm. I remedied that with my second beer.
