Experimental Belgian IPA featuring Enigma hops from Australia on tap at the brewery Tasting Room in Bend.
Look: hazy light golden body, with an excellent head and some sticky lacing.
Fruity aroma suggests a mix of ripe and over ripe soft fruits.
Flavor: more bitter than tart and more tart than sweet. Yeasty, hoppy and spicy
Overall: adequate representation of the style, which is seldom a personal favorite.
