16 oz can from Bier:Thirty. Light amber pour with a small foamy head. Light malty aroma, citrus. Taste brings more malts, with a light, tingly hop feel. Kind of sweet.

Well, here's a review of this beer as a NOT fresh hop, being canned 09/20/2019 as in the last review a year ago. Stored in an unheated garage so it was chilled most of the intervening months.
Pours a clear dark amber with plenty of foam. Some of the aromatics have likely faded, but it has a pleasant resiny taste. Quite mellow and malty, though with a modest bitter aftertaste. Leafy and a taste of fruity tea, with an unlikely caramel finish. I don't know if this is still brewed but I'd look for a fresh one.

Canned 9.20, enjoyed 10.18. I would have had it sooner had I had it earlier.
Pours with a lot of life, a honeyed amber color. There’s a burst of hop aroma at first, cascade citrus and pine, with a curious minerality on the finish. Crisp and hoppy, west coast.

Simply a delicious beer. The brewmaster really captured the citrus and floral highlights of fresh Cascade hops, leaving a finish so clean, you want more!

a cascade hopped fresh hop brew, classic and familiar tasting, very well made, but not my favorite of the wet hop stuff from crux this year, which has all been very good in my opinion, this one is a little older school with the cascade profile. the bitterness, and the higher malt character in the beer, it honestly reminds me of a sierra pale, which is a compliment, but maybe not the best or most obvious showcase of wet hops, even though the cascade is very recognizable in this. the beer has a light copper color to it, darker than a lot of them, and with a high, tight, white head from the tap and sparkling clarity. aroma is obviously cascade, a little more greenness and oily slickness to it to me in fresh hop form, but the deeply grassy spiciness and herbaceous intensity are right on. the flavor is the same as the nose, and this is quite robust. i like the early onset bitterness it has too, its not all on the swallow, way more than what i have been getting from most other fresh hop beers, but its so well balanced by the inclusion of this deeper crystal malt, they dont cancel each other out, they enhance! long linger on this too is nice, id let wet cascade sit on my palate all day, and it seems to want to here. a little bit of finishing sweetness carries it, and i dont mind that at all, especially as we are deeper into fall now and a little bigger mouthfeel works nicely. i liked the way too fresh double they did a little better, but this is really solid beer too and a cool use of the cascades!

16oz can, dated 9/28/19, poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear orange-amber color with an inch of just off-white head that had retention and lacing.
Bright citrus and pine hops at the front of the scent, with a solid malt foundation.
Similar on the tongue; solid malt grains that had a light touch of sweetness, and bright hops that were piney up front, and became more citrusy towards the back.
The body was solidly medium, had a semi-dry finish that had a lingering grapefruit bite.
Drinkability was very good, I could easily see knocking back more of these.
Overall, a very nice brew, certainly worth trying if you see it.

2019 version...purchased 16 oz can in Portland; canned on Sept. 20/19.
pours dark gold. Creamy head dissipates to a covering skim, nice carbonation, glass lacing.
Taste is a bit dry & refreshing, with a slightly "brut" / champagney sort of a finish.
Slight slickness in the aftertaste.
A very good beer, but no more of a "hop showcase" beer than reg. offerings.
So from that regard, a bit pricey.

A clean light amber colored beer surprisingly gives off aromas of melon and grapefruit. The flavors follow with touches of pine. Alcohol and apple cider creep in as it warms. The feeling is reminiscent of slightly carbonated apple juice. Overall, a unique Cascade fresh hopped IPA. Juicy and fruity, but gets a little too weird for my liking overall. Cheers!
