A blend of our Sour Golden and Farmhouse Ale, both aged separately for over a year in used wine barrels with Oregon grown pears. Farmhouse Ale secondary fermentation with Brett, Sour Golden secondary fermentation with mixed culture consisting of Brett, Pedio, and Lacto. 9.5% ABV, 25 IBU
