Hazy pale amber brew with modest foam in the chalice. Clean and very light. Sudsy mouthfeel. Just slightly tart from the cranberries, but followed by a little toasty malt. Starts tart, finishes with some slightly sweet cereal, the opposite of the usual sourish brew.
I wouldn't say this actually tastes like cranberry but the sharpish fruit is distinctive. This is really quite drinkable and certainly a unique spin on the Witbier style. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.

Look: It pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: There is a strong doughy wheat aroma. Cranberry notes are moderate. There is a bit of low spice and some earthen qualities to it.
Taste: The flavor is quite tart and prominent with cranberries. There is a moderate doughy flavor with a bit of low spice.
Feel: It has a very creamy mouthfeel.
Overall, a flavorful and very interesting cranberry wit.
