This is brewed with apricots and grain from Skagit Valley Malting. Lots of fruit flavor, but it doesn't have that hint of processed fruit that mars some of these fruit brews. The Belgian yeast taste is quite evident but all the flavors swirl together in the nicest way. Mouthfeel is creamy and zesty.
Fairly sweet but the fruit acidity makes for an ideal balance. This is a great fruit beer that has the added interes of the Belgian style. Another excellent brew from Crux, and such a nice change from the endless parade of sour beers that waste good fruit.
