Can a beer with amost Zero IBU be considered an IPA? We say yes, as long as it's hoppy! And this IPA is all about the hops, just not in the usual tongue-scraping kind of way. Venturing away from your traditional IPA, this one has almost zero bitterness and instead is all about huge Centennial and Ella hops flavors and aromatics. No hops were added to the kettle, only to the hop jack

Draft at brewery. Lighter IPA, leaning towards the NE style without going overboard. I get the name now. Slightly juicy but with still enough of the hop presence to remind of the NW. Can go either way.
