11th anniversary hazy triple IPA
You're holding a sublime take on a beloved brew that's near and dear to us. It's Half Hitch, reimagined. We hazy-fied it, kicked it up a notch, and made it more majestic than ever. A hearty dose of Mosaic hops delivers surprising aromas and complex flavors that just might unravel your idea of what a hazy imperial IPA should be. Raise it up, and cheers to eleven years!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a frim layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Herbal pine, bubble gum, tropical and stone fruit, blueberry, citrus, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness. A hint of alcohol can poke through.
T: Floral, candied citrus, lemon and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, apricot, nectarine, guava, blueberry, papaya, and mango, some slightly herbal woodsy pine, a little bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, faint warmth but overall the % is very well hidden.
O: TIPAs aren't normally my thing, but I enjoyed this one. Pretty darn smooth for an 11%er. A friend snagged this can for me. Now I've gotta hope to find a can of the original Half Hitch so I have something to compare this imperialized version to.
