From the Crux Fermentation Project website: Translated as “extending help to others” in the Hawaiian language, the Kokua Project is one beer, brewed by many, to support the people of Maui with 100% of proceeds going to local Maui non-profit organizations in support of wildfire relief funding. Our version of Kokua is a light-bodied, smooth and dry session IPA featuring a substantial dose of Mosaic and Azacca hops. Expect an aroma rich on pineapple, melon, and papaya notes with a crisp, moderately bitter finish.
