A pale straw yellow lager with a flully head. Layers of bread crust, lightly toasted grain, and cereal fill out the aroma and flavor. Has a clean, refreshing finish and crisp, light bitterness. Triple-decocted and lagered for the long haul, "Glacial Pace" ain't fast but it sure is beautiful.

On draft Crux in Bend. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of bready malt, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel, toffee and a mild bitterness.
