Backwoods Brewing & Crux collab, clocking in at 5.0.
In the glass this is a crystalline gold. Low aroma, but my god this hits all the right notes. Delicate hop character, with a hint of strawberry patch/peach flowers, and a delightfully surprising biscuit malt finish.
