Beer brewed with grains sourced from Coppersea Distillery. Corn from New Paltz farms and floor malted rye.
Looked really nice on tap. Nice frothy head and even some whiffs of lacing. Brought home a growler; none of the head, but still pours an extremely clear light gold. Aroma is straightforward and consists of sweet grains. Taste has good balance between sweet corn and the spiciness from rye. For it's ABV, I even get some alcohol, moonshine flavor. Extremely light body makes it very drinkable. Lively carbonation.
