I’m guessing this was bottled four years ago. It has a nice golden brownish look with head that settles down completely, smell is pretty much the usual wild ale aged in a barrel. Taste is a rich golden ale with wild ale and barrel tones. Not very tart and not much alcohol. Overall, this is a good wild ale with tasty barrel elements but I think some things have suffered from too much age.

L: This beer popped like champagne. You can tell that it's bottle-conditioned because of just how bubbly and carbonated this beer is. Pours with a ton of head and has a nice, opaque off-brown color to it. A little bit of light coming through the glass, but it is mostly cloudy.
S: Big acidic nose on this one. Fresh, tart fruit followed by a hint of vinegar. The oak aging comes through as well.
T: Incredibly complex taste on this one. There are a lot of flavors to make note of. Tart and acidic right off the bat followed by some booziness from the oak aging. Finishes sweet and fruity.
F: Incredibly bubbly, just like the pour. Medium body. Makes me pucker at first sip and evens itself off nicely towards the finish.
O: This beer is delicious. It's tart, it's acidic, it's bubbly, it's juicy. It's a very complex beer. There's a bit of heat from the alcohol after a little while of sipping on it. Very enjoyable on the whole.
