A: Lemon gold. Thin slice of white head.
S: Catskill mountain tops, fresh fernheads, rotting pine needles. Lime and grapefruit citrus.
M: Heavy body, almost a syrupy feel to it despite refreshing acidity and crisp carbonation.
T: Spruce tips are very delicate in balance with the srasonal citrus fruits. Sweet toasted malt and hint of caramel. This and some peppery spicing give me the slight impression of a tasty heller bock.
