Notes via stream of consciousness: Wow, it's pink, I certainly wasn't expecting that. Where's that coming from? There must be some fruit in it but it says nothing about ingredients on the label. It's quite cloudy, probably more so than a hefeweizen, and the head is a short cap of just lightly pinkish white. OK, I looked it up, it's hibiscus and white tea, so the pink color is obviously coming from the hibiscus. Why would you use white tea though? It has barely any flavor even as a cup of tea; I doubt you'll be able to taste it so it's just a waste of money. Anyway, back to the beer, the aroma is sharp with acid, and minimally fruity and mineralish, kind of like a Flintstones vitamin. The flavor follows and it's quite tart like unsweetened lemonade. It's just lightly fruity in a non-descript way, maybe as if you combined some apple juice with some pink grapefruit juice and a bit of water. It's not at all bitter but neither does it need to be as it finishes dry anyway due to the acidity. In the mouth it's light bodied and gently zesty. It's refreshing and enjoyable, and fairly interesting although a little one-sided. It makes a great beer for warm weather though!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
