The Litmus Test is our series of Kettle Sours with a different array of adjuncts added to each Volume. Volume 1 is brewed with Hibiscus & White Tea, giving it flavors of berry, red candy, complemented by gentle herbal & tart notes.

On tap at The Summit House in Summit. Pours a ruby red hue with moderate frothing. Assertive aroma replete with hints of grapefruit and citrus. Similar overall flavor profile. Recommended.
