Canned 10/24/19
Pours a large fizzy bubbly 3 finger head that fades semi quickly. a bit of lacing, hazy pale yellow color with plenty of streaming bubbles

Nose brings some creamy doughy wheat, some herbal spices from phenols that bring some witbier like spices, fruity esters wiht some citrus and a little banana, touch of vanilla and honey wheat

Taste brings some doughy creamy wheat, some tartness that hints at sour but not really infected just some acidity, doughy with a little honey and vanilla creamy wheat, mild phenol spices that also hint at wit, some fruity esters but not as dominant as I expected for a hefe, probably age, touch of banana and a little citrus, some generic fruit from yeast that continued to ferment, drier finish a little sticky

Mouth is med to lighter bod, very high prickly tingly carb that gets annoying, some acidity

Overall mixed on this one, it has some nice hefe like characters, but also some wit which is OK give it just calls iteself a wheat beer, but that acidity and tingly annoying carb makes this not as good

A: Soft yellow daffodil, moderately cloudy. Somewhat loose head, heavy and mousse-like.

S: Cream of wheat. Vanilla yogurt, orange-banana.

M: Med body. Fluffy feel and semi-dry finish.

T: Pop of sweetness and a creamy complexion. The fruit expression is subtle and slightly sour--banana runts, melon rind, burst of mandarin. Light sweetness, no bitterness, while the hop flavor seems moderate for the style. Very light clove/spice profile. Overall, a tad prosaic, but enjoyable and an everyday type of beer.
