A: Not the deep red of cranberry, but more a ruby grapefruit, or what I used to drink as a child--cranberry cocktail mixed with ginger ale--or a cranberry spritz. 1F of white, mousse texture head quickly fades.
S: Moderate cranberry. Light maize sweetness and a grainy, seasonal spice.
M: Light, effervescent.
T: Lighter cranberry juice, white grape skin. Then a kumquat sweetness leads into a darker, juicier cranberry cocktail experience. Orange peel, a legitimate, saucy cranberry experience.
