A - Hazy dark orange pour with dense white, creamy lacing.
S - Sweet malt forward aroma with some candied apricot and citrus. Overall aroma is somewhat acrid.
T - Sweet malt, apricot, very minimal tropical fruit sweetness, and some piney bitterness with a large amount of alcohol presence on the first sip.
M - Thick and pillowy soft on the palate with some alcohol permeating up to the sinuses.
O - Serves me right for buying such an old IPA. I'm more than happy to pick this one up again if and when I find a fresh can. This can is far too old, IMO.
