Can. Pale straw with white head. Citrus coriander and wheaty tang aroma. Classic sweet fruity bready malt with perfectly balanced coriander and citrus dryish finish. Light body perhaps a tiny more carbonation than necessary. Nevertheless, a beautiful, respectful, near perfect rendition of the style.

16 oz can canned 2/25/25 into a shaker pint glass.
L: SRM 3.5 pours a hazy light orange gold color with a thin slightly off-white head that recedes to edge foam, light steady carbo, light random lacing.
S: Caramel malts, green wood, lemon, banana bread, clove.
T: Lemon & citrus, banana & clove, a hint of spices, coriander, wheat, orange, gentle sweetness, lemon zest lingers at the end. Consistent taste from beginning to end.
F: Lightly brisk then smooth medium bodied feel, slightly thick, with a medium length gently dry finish.
O: A really enjoyable beer with smooth traditional Belgian tastes. Well balanced and not out to be different. It has a lovely soft finish and is very good in its style.
