16oz mini growler from the brewery.
Semi-clear golden hue, decent topping of lace. Nose of fresh herbs, dried grass, dragon fruit, and green peppercorn. Very mild tartness, no real warmth from the alcohol but that is a given. Cracker-like maltiness meets some very refined funkiness, kiss of tartness with dried tropical fruit. A whole lot of flavor for a small brew. They need to bring this one back ASAP.
