Galaxy hopped IPA with Nelson Sauvin dry hop. Probably, what Jesus tears taste like.
Since the beginning of time we have dreamed about making an IPA with Nelson Sauvin. To craft a beverage so Devine, that once it touches the lips, it feels soooo good.

Had it on tap into a pint glass. Beautiful white head and lacing. Citrusy smell and taste. Grapefruit, orange, lemon and tangerines. Very pleasant. It was recommended after Yellow Rose was gone and it was a great substitute!

Enjoyed, but not as much as fresh Cali Green or Prestige. I expected more NE character but it was very much like a good West Coast.

Pours a clear amber color with a finger width foamy head. Retenion is decent. Lacing is great. Nice piney hop with grapefruit. Fresh aroma. Fresh hop forward taste with nice grapefruit tartness. I really like this beer. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
