Poured on draught into a pint glass. Fairly dark brown color with one to two finger thick head and good retention. Good medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate sweetness and bitterness. There is a lot of hop flavor with a solid malt backbone (very good balance for a stronger ale). The Adopted Bastard idea by Stone is pretty cool, and Brash did a very good job on their end.
