Thanks to megadeph for this 500ML bottle which I am not sharing with my wife. She can suck on her sad bottle of Lagunitas. More power to her. I don’t mainline coffee.
The pour is dark, I would go so far as to say black, like a stout. The nose is a sweet layer with peach & apple on top. Not bad.
Nobility is evidently Texan for “Brandy”. Large scale brandy assaults the sense like King Leonidas, dragging a long tail of booziness. Serious base stout with touches of roast, chocolate, sweet meats, & a redwood-thick body. The finish is 91% peach, 8% apple, & 1% unidentifiable offal. So sippable.
The use of the barrels is lovely & the beer is very good, borderline excellent.

Very interesting.
Pours black with a nice lingering cinnamon head. Nose is dominated by candied peaches. Some roasted malt, coffe
Taste follows. Peach candies (the gummy rings) light chocolate, coffee, a touch of green? Apple.
Smooth, thick, creamy body. Lingering peach, coffee
Good beer. Very unique.
