A: Pours a clear pale yellow color. A two finger white head forms and recedes quickly after a minute. Light lace is left behind.
S: Cereal grains, a bit of corn, and biscuit in the nose. A touch of grassy hops. Fairly neutral overall.
T: Up front is cereal grains, and some noticeable cooked corn. Sourdough biscuit like flavors, then a lot of sweetness, even a bit of sourness going. A very light lingering bitterness. Not bad, but kind of all over the place.
M/O: A light to medium body. Moderate carbonation and fairly smooth. Would like it dryer. Not hard to drink, this has been my go to when at the hot as hell warehouse of a brewery this summer.
I'm glad they have finally tried to make a bit more variety. Though the corn flavor, with loads of sweetness, and even some sourness keeps me from really loving this. As is good, but IMO there are many better lagers made by Saint Arnold and Holler. Though, since this has been released it has probably been the offering I have come back to the most from Brash.

nose and palate are bready, cracker, grain, biscuit malt. More than a touch of corn, but not overpowering. A bit of DMS is allowable in this style. finishes with a light grassy, floral hops. subtle hop bitterness.
