12oz can poured into an IPA glass.
Appearance: Pours a clear, deep straw yellow with 1 finger of head and plenty of lace
Smell: Predominately lemon zest with some citrus hop notes
Taste: Citrus lemon up front with some earth hop flavors leading to a dry finish with the lemon zest lingering
Mouthfeel: Medium body and a smei-dry finish
Overall: I'm not sure about the specifics, but going in blind this is a refreshing beer. The lemon flavor which I assume are adjuncts like lemon zest really accentuate the hop flavors that are present. It doesn't have the "cleaner" lemon scent that other similar beers have. Its a refreshing surprise that still packs a hoppy punch.
