A: Pours a clear yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: A mineral, sulfur and vegetal aroma up front. Grassy hops make an appearance later on.
T: That sulfur, cooked vegetal flavor is here as well. Grassy hops, plenty of sweetness shows up and light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A light body with effervescent carbonation. Needs to be cleaner for me. OK to drink I guess. Not one of the better lagers out there.
This is my first try at the new Brash beers. I really like the lagers Equal Parts makes, so not sure why I'm not really liking this one. Its fine I guess. Though, they are probably trying to make at least somewhat similar to Brash Beer, which I always thought was a really sub par offering. With plenty of cooked "vegatal" flavors that I'm getting.
