A quaffable low alcohol IPA. Low alcohol does not have to equate to low flavor as we used lots of Citra hops throughout this brew.

Meh. Great conversation with our bar neighbors though!

Had on-cask at the brewpub, served into a pub-club mug
L: Light golden copper pour with thick foamy white head.
S: Mild pine and resin.
T/F: Light... watery beer, toasted grains up front with a modestly bitter pine and light citrus hop profile. Almost a little tart... not much to the beer. Smooth from being on cask.
O: A watery session IPA with average to below average flavor. Not much to recommend it.

Served on cask in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is golden amber color with a one finger foamy off white head. The head has a moderate level of retention, slowly fading to leave a decent level of foamy lace rings on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very light overall being heaviest of pine hop smell mixed with a little bit of a cracker like aroma. Along with these smells are some light aromas of a citrus smell as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker flavor mixed with a light citrus hop. As the taste moves on some very light sweet flavors of a tropical fruity nature move onto the tongue, being a mix of tangerine and mango. The citrus hop flavors increase in intensity as the taste moves onto the end with some lighter pine hop flavors joining the taste profile as well.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is light and thin with a carbonation level that is on the lower side as it was a cask brew. A regular carbonation would have likely been a bit better for the crisp and hop flavors of the brew; being more appropriate for the session IPA style.
Overall – If it was on regular tap with a higher carbonation it would have stepped it up a bit, but overall the beer was a rather clean and crisp session IPA.
