I had this on tap at the brewery.

Arrives a nice, very cloudy banana yellow with an orange tint. A big, 2 finger head of white foam rests on top. Head eventually drops to a coating and a ring, with good lacing. Looks effervescent.

Smells spicy as hell. Strong coriander, orange peels,. Black peppery and wit-y. Nice!

Flavor is pretty damn strong coriander and orange peel. Nice tartness from the wheat. Refreshing as all get out. Aftertaste is long coriander and oranges.

Mouthfeel is semi-sweet with a good carbonation bite on the tongue. Finish is long and spicy.

I think this is a damn good example of the style. Spicy and refreshing. Recommended.

Nice brw. refreshing, not overly inspired, but, a nice solid, blue collar brew that works well in many sitations.

Pours a hazy, nice, golden color. slight traces of sediment.

Nose is swet, grassy, rather inviting

Taste is nice. malty, with a slightly spicey and peppery finish, Hops really don't play a role, but overll, that's OK.

A nice refreshing brew, easliy drinkable and reaidly available to those is nt State College area

Appearance: Very cloudy (almost milky-looking) light amber with a small, whit foamy head that rapidly diminished to a thick film. Some spotty lacing.

Smell: Very fresh wheat aroma, coriander, citrus rind, very light banana, and a hint of berry. Very inviting.

Taste: Much fuller than expected. Fairly bitter for a witbier. I don’t know, something just seems a little out of balance here, not sure what it is. Thick flavors of wheat and orange with a chalky, dry finish that was long in duration and slightly metallic.

Mouthfeel: Medium-full body, dry texture, low carbonation

Drinkability: I was impressed when I tried this beer at the State College Microbrewers expo last week, but now I’m feeling a little let down, especially after the very nice initial aroma… but the taste just wasn’t up to par.
