Winter Warmer 2016 edition: A raspberry porter
Had on-tap at the brewpub poured into a tulip
L: Nearly black pour with 1.5 fingers of tannish head. Great lacing.
S: Roasted malts... dark fruits, raspberry and cherry.
T/F: Great roasted character... dark sugars and a bit of chocolate and espresso. Subtle but definitely present fruits... raspberry and stone fruits. A little bitterness from the roast at the finish. Well carbonated... medium in body.
O: Otto's always does a high quality winter warmer, and this year was no exception. Very drinkable and delicious.
