On tap at the brewery.
A - Pours a hazy medium gold/straw color with dense thin lacing.
S - Yeasty, a little breast, banana, cloves, and citrus.
T - Bananas, cloves, white grape skins, pear, and a delicate tartness/acidity that's very subtle but doesn't wreak any havoc on the beer.
M - Medium body with low prickly carbonation up front and a creamy, dry finish.
O - Very nicely done, Otto's has a winner with this one.

Had on-tap at Otto's brewpub in State College. Poured into a tulip.
L: Clear light golden pour. Thick foamy white head... great lacing.
S: Belgian yeasts... candy sugar, banana, lemon, and a hint of tartness.
T/F: Follows the nose. Fairly classic tripel flavor... a little on the sweet side with some tartness to balance (they maybe aged it a bit in something? definitely not 'sour'). Yeasty esters... some banana and clove. A nice light citrus flavor to balance and again... just a dash of tartness at the finish. Medium in body.
O: A solid Belgian style brew, and one of the more interesting things that Otto's has put out in awhile. Have had this one a few times now and very enjoyable. Hope they keep it on awhile.
