A light fresh IPA with a twist! We used a German wheat yeast to ferment this IPA. Single hopped with Simcoe.

Had on-tap at the brewery. Poured into a small tulip
L: Hazed bright golden pour. 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Good looking brew.
S: Tropical fruit and citrus/grapefruit.
T.F: Semi-sweet up front... grains followed by mellow hops. Kind of a flavor dud... not unpleasant, with mild grapefruit/tangerine notes but lacking the punch I'd hoped for. Easy drinking... light bodied and smooth.
O: A middle of the road hazy IPA. Not unpleasant, but nothing special and just lacking the 'oomph' you'd hope for.
