I had this on draft at the Mount Hill Tavern in Harrisburg, PA. The general manager worked with Otto's to create it for their restaurant. As far as I am aware you can only pick it up there.
A - Pours a very dark amber with one finger of head. The head disappears pretty quickly leaving minimal lacing. It is see-through but is very dark for a pale ale, despite this it looks inviting.
S - Didn't get much from the aroma, a tart smell and some malts.
M - A light-medium bodied beer with good carbonation. It has a smooth crisp feeling to it.
T - Not a whole lot going on in the taste department. It tastes like it smells with some malts up front followed by a tart taste.
Not bad, nothing overly complex, sometimes simple is good. It reminds me a lot of Bass Pale Ale. If you are ever in Harrisburg, PA give it a try.
