Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Slightly hazed light golden pour. Big fluffy head... nice lacing.
S: Crackery grains. Crisp and hoppy. Citrus rind.
T.F: Semi-sweet grains up front. Biscuits and hops. Rind and fruit... strong citrus with lighter tropicals. Some hop bitterness with a bit of vegetable flavor. Crisp and clean. Medium to light bodied... well carbonated.
O: A solid and easy drinking IPA. Not a hazy juice bomb... kind of a semi-hazed cross between a classic west coast and a NEIPA.
