16oz can into a pint glass. NO freshness dating, but a fairly recent release.
Looks very good in the glass. Hazy yellow body. Small bright white head shrinks to a collar and covering, spidery lacing.
Hoppy dull fruit aroma with a touch of the cat about it.
On tasting, pine and grapefruit notes bounce off each other, pine coming out ahead. It is quite drying, allowing the hop profile to strengthen on the tongue.
Mouth between medium and full, finish dry and bitter.
Overall, an above average ipa, has some hints of both west and east coast.
