Off the hand pump at Otto's
A - Medium ruby brown with just a bit of clarity. Scant off white head with little retention, but what is there laces well
S - Yeasty, bready, a bit of nuttiness and carmalized malts
T&M - Medium to lighter bodied with very light carbonation. Nuttiness is light, but more pronounced in the taste then in the nose. A bit of toasted bread and caramelized malt. Finish is light and semi dry with a residual yeasty nut character
D - All of the cask offerings thus far at Otto's have been very quaff-able and easy to drink. Judging solely by flavor I;d say the ABV is on the lighter side (below 5%), with enough flavor to keep things interesting.
