Charlie plays with the Chouffe yeast again, to much success, in a modest strength belgian pale.
All of those great Chouffe esters in the nose and on the palate.
Very full flavored without being heavy (like the best tripels and saisons)
Dryness and subtle sweetness is balanced by just the right amount of hop flavor and bitterness.
Hoping for a return encounter !
