This is our Texas Honey Ale recipe fermented with a Belgian style yeast. The yeast brings spicy notes that are subtle and stone fruit that blend perfectly with the honey.

Back on the shelf in August 2015. A little sweet but not totally incompatible with the style. The Belgian yeast is evident. Pretty refreshing.
