This is our Texas Honey Ale recipe with a ton of pumpkin added with spices. Really well balanced as you get to experience the flavors without overloading your palate.

Bought a 22oz bomber at Specs downtown Houston.

-It looks really inviting and delicious. copper yellow with at least one each of frothy/soapy head.
-Smells of pumpkin spices and honey.
-Definitely it tastes like honey and some pumpkin spices (I really enjoy it)
-The feel is airy, nice carbonation, kinda between a farmhouse ale and a pale ale.
-Will have again, 22oz when by really smooth (that's a lot to say for flavored beers)

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
LOOK: Pours with a finger's worth of off-white foam that halves itself after 30 seconds. Dull orange in color with an extreme amount of cloudiness. There is a large quantity of medium-sized rising bubbles. Lacing is thin and moderate.
SMELL: Strong aromas pumpkin, honey, and cinnamon encounter mild aromas of nutmeg and cloves along with subtle buttered bread aromas.
TASTE: Strong honey and pumpkin flavors enter initially and are immediately followed by mild cinnamon flavors. Mild nutmeg and clove flavors enter as cinnamon flavors grow stronger. Subtle buttered bread and pale malt (weren't detected in the aroma) flavors enter lastly as all previous flavors persist.
FEEL: Somehwere between full-bodied and medium-bodied. Carbonation is high. Goes down somewhat smooth. Ends with a thirst-quenching finish.
NOTE: A very strange taste at first. But as you continue sipping, you begin to really appreciate the flavors. I loved how the spices backed up the pumpkin flavors unlike some other Pumpkin Ales where they tend to take over.
