Same look as the Scotch Ale base - murky brown. Modest smell of bourbon. The feel is as smooth as the base. Goes down dangerously smooth. Very well balanced between the scotch ale and bourbon, maybe with the ale winning out just a little bit. BBA makes this ale all the better.
