On tap at AJ's in New Braunfels. Poured into a 16oz pint glass.
A: Straw colored. No head, no lacing.
S: Citrus, wheat malt.
T: Tangy citrus, grainy wheat. Clean finish with a touch of hop bitterness.
M: Good carbonation, light and very sessionable.
O: Although New Belgium's Sunshine Wheat has been around longer, I would view Sunshine as a watered-down version of this. Really easy to drink and great for a local South Texas brew to beat the heat.

On tap at the Black Whale Pub in New Braunfels.
The beer pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat, as well as some yeast notes. The flavor is more of the same, but I also get a little bit of orange citrus. A very simple, straightforward beer. However, it is fairly well done and I have no real objections. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
