New construction near Canterbury race track. Shares the building with a craft Mexican restaurant, with a window for ordering. Large space with soaring wood beam ceiling and concrete floor. Windows give a view to the race track. Outside patio on this side also. One section provides a view of the brewing equipment through glass. Large rectangular bar. Other seating is high top tables, low tables, and a small nook with easy chairs in front of a faux fireplace. 21 taps, with a standard selection of styles - lagers, IPAs, darks, sours, and NAs. Quick to respond and compotent staff. Offers beers to go. Bustling location, and the dedicated parking lot can get busy.

Overall, this might be the best brewery in the western suburbs. Nice location in an industrial park with a cool view of Valley Fair. Inside the taproom, it fairly small and packed every time I have been there. The staff is quite friendly. The seating is comfortable and the taproom is really clean and inviting. It seems to be a child-friendly taproom by way of offering free popsicles. Events and special infusions are quite frequent. Food trucks do not come as often as I would like, but they do have a large book of take-out and delivery menus of Shakopee restaurants. Lastly, their beer is by far the best part of this place. I love all styles of beer and they carry just about every style. I have ever tasted a beer I did not care for. Between their stout, kolsch, IPA, and ESB, you can never go wrong. Their seasonals are excellent too

 

 

The last time I was there I was just there for a growler fill. As of when I write this, they take any growler in exchange for one of thiers. They pre fill their growlers. Nice place to visit, and will be back when I'm in the area.

Also: bring your ID. They card everyone.

 

 

 

 

Love the beer. Service can be great and not so good depending on the day. I like that you can bring food and games in, but would like a menu as well.

 

 

 

 

Best thing to happen in the south west side of the twin cities. The only way to make it better is more food trucks/vendors on the weekends.

Very nice space, not real big, but well done. Games all over for entertainment, various seating spots. Lovely view into the brewhouse. About 6 beers on tap with five for growler sales here in the second week of being open. They will exchange for any growler and wave the deposit fee. Friendly bar staff also.
