Holy ginger root, ginger man
Ginger, clove more ginger
Ive had entire Mongolian yak stirfries that were less flavorful than this literally, in a suburb of Ulan Batar.
Dark brown/black with a huge, fluffy tan/white head. Similar in appearance to Corsendonk Christmas. Medium bodied. Spicy as hell. Alcohol content I too low. Warming doesnt really happen, (although the temp today is 84 degrees and were only in April so I could be biased due to the weather).
Taste has a strong malt presence that is almost overtaken by ginger root.
As a ginger lover, I dig it. Others should steer clear.
