Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub. Described as a Wisconsin Pale Ale, 7% abv, 65 IBU. "Made with Wisconsin Centennial hops from the Little Wolf Hop Farm in Green County and Wisconsin wheat from Door County."
Pours yellow, slightly hazy, dense white head, good lacing and retention.
Aroma is pineapple and mango with some lemon.
Flavor is wheat, sweet, passion fruit, tangerine, with hints of pine and booze. The booze is very controlled and the malt doesnt get in the way of the hop flavor. Medium/high bitterness.
Light/medium body, very drinkable, good CO2 level.
