Poured into a shaker pint a golden hazy yellow with a finger of bubbly white head. Thick lacing throughout.
Aroma is light fruits; apricots, peaches. Earthy/floral hops and a bready yeastiness. Slight play-dohish hints.
Somewhat bitter, surprisingly. Almost feels like a mellow Belgian IPA. Banana, breadiness, hoppiness seems to disappear as it warms slightly.
Well-carbonated, medium-carbonation. Smooth, silky mouthfeel.
Overall, a drinkable if not terribly complex Belgian-style ale.
