Dark copper amber color with a thick white head that dissipates to clingy lace. Aroma is big cascade hops. Taste is jammy, a mix of marmalade and strawberry jam. This sweet front is followed up by a citrussy and leafy bitter finish. Perfectly balanced. LotÂ’s of character and depth. Light to medium body. Microscopic carbonation bites at the tongue. Front is wet, finish is dry. Not a bad little beer at all and entirely sessionable.

This is a nice pale ale. Beer has a dark copper color with a fluffy head and decent lacing. Beer had a nice hop nose (cascades I’m guessing). Some malt is present as well.

Nice taste profile. Hop bite is kept in moderation by a firm malt backbone. Nice hints of pine and biscuit. Grows slightly sweeter as it warms. Good drinkablity here, could be a good session type beer.
